Diamonds and Gold and the Meyer Theatre present Let Me Be Frank’s all new comedy musical, “The Real Housewives of the U.P.” A spoof of the Bravo series The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Frank’s takes a comical look at Michigan’s upper peninsula and how some spoiled married divas might act if they had their own reality show in da U.P. eh.

Director PJ, just off the hit show The Real Housewives of the U.K. is sent in to save The Real Housewives of the U.P. Producer and host Frank Fungi needs to replace two of the cast members as they are both impregnated by the same guy, one of the ex-cameramen. Frank and PJ have brought in Emily Carnegie, from Menominee and Cassidy Rockefeller, from Christmas, MI to audition. Original cast member Amy Digeri, from Ironwood, is having a huge problem with another cast member Kasey Goofygan, from Carney, for giving her husband a lap dance at a gentleman’s club in Hurley, WI. All heck is about to break loose!

Amy Digeri has put together a benefit to save the Humongous Fungus which is among us. All the ladies have brought a dish to pass and thirty packs of Busch Light for the party. The only problem is that Emily has made a dish of mushroom caps of the humongous Fungus, a no-no in Amy’s eyes. Let’s just say more than a few slaps and scratches occur.
