Live in Concert at Santa Monica Playhouse
A one night only spring concert of new music from indie-artists Deleyaman and Steve McCormick.
In the final stop on their Southern California tour, Euro-American band Deleyaman - featuring the unique and enigmatic sound of the duo of Aret Madilian (guitar, bass, keyboards and vocals) and Beatrice Valantin (keyboards and vocals) - perform songs from their new album The Edge which was featured in "The most important listens of the week" upon its release on Der Spiegel in Germany. Opening for Deleyaman, and new to the Playhouse stage, is local recording artist Steve McCormick. His performance on April 17 coincides with the release of a new Steve McCormick EP, The Tripping Years, and copies will be available at the show, Eric Lynn and Steve DiStanislao, the current drummer for Crosby Stills and Nash, along with Kevin McCormick and Jeff Pevar will join McCormick on stage.
