Ladies and Gentlemen: In the Southern corner, wearing the gold lame' pants, fleur de lis cape and form-fitting sleveless white undershirt, hailing from the northern-most city of the Caribbean, where he bangs drums for Johnny Sketch & The Dirty Notes when he is not playing Mendelssohn - Andre' Bohren!
In the Northern corner, wearing the sharp blue dress and heels, having landed in the Steel City and Duquesne University by way of the Fryderyk Chopin Academy of Music in Poland, Music Director at Sacred Heart Parish in Emsworth, and accordion master for The Cheer'ly Men - Agnieszka Sornek!
Please join us for a light-hearted session of classical piano competition, where Andre and Agnieszka will trade pieces on the Winery's baby grand, with scoring by the audience. This is the first of a home-and-home series, the winner to take not only all of the bragging rights, but also the glorious Bianchi Chalice trophy to reside in the winner's hometown until the competition renews itself for the next round in New Orleans.
Shenanigans certain to ensue.
