Champlain Trio w/Milena Pajaro-van de Stadt

The Champlain Trio are joined by the superb violist Milena Pajaro-van de Stadt for an unusual and appealing program. The first half focuses on their discovery of two marvelous pieces by women, with the brilliant, early 20^th century, English composer Alice Verne-Bredt’s Phantasie Trio and 19^th century French composer Mélanie Bonis’ Piano Quartet No. 1 in B-flat Major, followed by the epic Piano Quartet in G Minor by Brahms. Milena is a founding member of the Dover String Quartet and her presence with the Champlain Trio will make for an exceptional chamber event.
