DISCLAIMER:

 This ticket grants the holder (“Holder”) to enter the Come Out With Pride Event – Dinner & Fireworks (“Event”) on the date and the time listed. No refund will be provided if holder cannot attend. Disorderly conduct, failure to comply with security measures, violation of the Event’s rules or regulations posted at the event entrance or on the event website, or unauthorized use of this ticket may result in denial of admission or removal of Holder from the Event premises. Termination of this license, and/or prosecution, as determined in the sole discretion of Come Out With Pride Inc. (“COWP”), its representatives, affiliates, and/or agents.

 Holder voluntarily assumes and hereby waives any claims against COWP, Event Staff, and Sponsors (the “Parties”) for all risks of bodily injury, crime, property damage, loss, or theft that may occur on any part of the Event premises Prior to, During, or After the Event.

 By tendering this ticket, and entering the Event premises, Holder consents to searches of person and belongings and to confiscation of prohibited items and waives any related claims Holder may have against the Parties. Failure to consent to such searches will result in Holder’s denial of entry to the Event.

 Holder grants the Parties the irrevocable right to use Holder’s voice, name, photographs and/or likeness obtained in connection with the use of this ticket for any purpose whatsoever, including commercial purposes of the Parties and in any media now or hereafter existing, without additional compensation or permission.

 By using this ticket, Holder agrees to have read this contract and accepts its terms. A ticket obtained from sources other than COWP and its authorized agents may be lost, stolen, or counterfeit and may not be honored.
