RARE

RARE will be an unprecedented event that will present beers that our audience may only read, hear or dream about! The beers at RARE will represent the pinnacle of the Brewmaster’s artistry while providing our guests with a literally once-in-a-lifetime beer experience. RARE will take place at The Wolstein Center Conference Center on Saturday, Oct. 22nd. Attendance will be limited to 500 guests.

$100 ticket will include 15 - pour tickets ( the pour sizes will range from 2-4oz) and heavy appetizers. All attendees will receive a $10 gift card for the Winking Lizard AND be automatically be entered in a drawing for 3 door prizes.

Bid on fabulous items in our Great Craft Beer Silent Auction. OEC Brewing – Narcissus

Narcissus is a non traditional interpretation of a lambic blend using 60% young Double IPA with 40% 1 year old Spontalis. Spontalis is 100% spontaneously fermented (No cultured yeast or bacteria is added whatsoever) by sitting in our coolship for 16 hours and then undergoing fermentation in oak barrels. Only release in Ohio.

Oskar Blues - OB Barrel Aged Rum 10 Fidy - 13% ABV

      The ten fidy Imperial Stout is engorged with roasted malts and crystal malts which give it a creamy           complexity of Cocoa, burnt caramel and espresso with hints of dark pitted fruit. Aged in a 30 yr old             Appelton estate rum barrel.
