This year’s kick-off 5-course winemaker dinner will be held at another hidden gem of the Central Coast, the historic Carlton Hotel in Atascadero. Garagiste is all about discovering high-quality, small-lot wines and guests are going to get to explore some pretty rare bottles at this dinner (all the selected wines are under 160 cases produced). These fantastic, under-the radar gems will be paired with the best local produce, seafood and sustainably ranched meats. Wineries featured at the dinner are Caliza Winery,DENO Wine, Erin E. Wines, MCV Wines and Powell Mountain Cellars.
