Single malts, bouryes, bourbons, and rye whiskies all offer an interesting range of tastes and aromas, which can be just as varied as wine. The focus will be on local producers - Utah salami, cheese from Gold Creek Farms and chocolate from Ruth Kendrick's "Chocolat" based in Salt Lake City.
