and a grant‑making organization will explain what happens after the money arrives, how to properly track and use funds, what documents you’ll need to provide, how often updates are required, common red flags, and best practices to stay compliant.

The Delaware SBDC, a unit of the University of Delaware’s Office of Economic Innovation and Partnerships (OEIP), is funded in part through a $777,777 cooperative agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA).
