Nutcracker Tea Party 2025

A festive tea, a magical ballet, and an amazing time!

Saturday, December 6 - Parties at 12pm and 4pm

Sunday, December 7 - Parties at 11:30am and 3:30pm

Each party experience lasts approximately 2 hours:

• Doors open 30 minutes before your scheduled party time.


• Food will be served at party time or when you are seated.


• The ballet performance begins 30 minutes into the party and runs for about an hour.

Seating Choices: Full tables seat either 10, 11, or 12 people. Hover your cursor over the seats to see numbering.

VIP (Row 1, Tables 1-5) - $125 each (includes complimentary champagne for adults, orange juice, and favor for each seat at the table)

Premium (Rows 2-4, Tables 6-20) - $95 each (includes complimentary favor for children at the table)

Patron (Rows 5-6, Tables 21-30) - $85 each

Reserved Level 1 (Rows 7-8, Tables 31-40) - $75 each

Reserved Level 2 (Rows 9-12, Tables 41-60) - $65 each

Seating Capacities: 

(45) 10-Seat Tables: 2-25, 36-47, and 52-60

(10) 11-Seat Tables: 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35

(5) 12-Seat Tables: 1, 48, 49, 50, 51

Seat Type & Meal Selection

You will be prompted to choose a Seat Type (Adult, Child, Highchair, or Booster) and one of four Meal Selections for each guest:

• Plate 1 – Drosselmeyer's Delights


• Plate 2 – Toy Soldier Treats


• Plate 3 – Nutcracker Nibbles (ideal for gluten-free needs)


• Plate 4 – Dewdrop Fairy’s Fresh Fare (ideal for vegetarian, vegan, or dairy-free needs)

• August 19 Full table reservations open to Friends of Overland Park Arts Members and Crescendo Conservatory Dance Families


• August 26 Full table reservations open to previous event attendees


• September 2 Individual seat reservations open to Friends of Overland Park Arts Members, Crescendo Conservatory Dance Families, and previous event attendees


• September 9 All remaining seats and tables open to the public
