Event Description

This Fall & Winter, Fort Edmonton Park invites you to gather and explore life through the diversity of First Nations and Métis Peoples. The award-winning exhibit explores the beautiful cultures of First Nations and Métis Peoples while encouraging visitors to seek out the truths as lived by Indigenous Peoples in Treaty 6.




Times & Dates



  • September 20th, 2025 - April 26th, 2026

  • Saturdays and Sundays only

  • 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm


No other buildings on site will be open during this time.

  • The Healing Power of the Ribbon Skirt

    • 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm in Multipurpose Room 1 & 2



  • Sound Medicine & Meditation (Mikwan Energy Works)

    • 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM




September 28th, 2025 



  • Inuit Teachings and Soapstone Carvings

    • 10:30 am - 12:00 pm in Multipurpose Room 1 & 2

    • 12:30 pm - 2:00 pm in Multipurpose Room 1 & 2




Please note: Workshops are an additional add-on and require a ticket purchase.




Important Information



  • Please do not attempt to park in the main parking lot and walk through the Front Entry Plaza. This gate will be inaccessible

  • Entry is down the service road, please park in Lot K in front of the 1846 Fort.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with detailed driving and parking instructions once your purchase is complete
