The Championship Show Dining Experience

Experience the best view in the house for the highly anticipated $100,000 NSBA Senior Trail class at The Championship Show 2025. With a table overlooking the Grand Outdoor Arena, you'll enjoy top-level competition paired with an exceptional dining experience. 

Guests will be treated to a three-course chef’s dinner with complimentary beer and wine. A cash bar will also be available, featuring premium spirits and select bottles curated by our in-house master sommelier. 

Pricing:   
Prices include gratuity. Taxes and online fees additional. Subject to 15% increase 72-hours prior to event start.

Salad 
House Salad, romaine lettuce, tomato, cucumber, shredded cheddar cheese, red onion, ranch, balsamic vinaigrette 

Main Course 
Grilled 6oz Filet of Beef, wild mushroom demi glaze 
Served with garlic mashed potatoes, broccolini 

 OR 

Pan-Seared Sea Scallops, lemon butter caper sauce 
Served with potato gratin, roasted asparagus 

Dessert
Lemon Crème Brulé 

Beverages: 
Beer & wine service included.  Cocktails and enhanced wine offerings available on cash bar basis.

* Seating is limited and we will do our best to accommodate seating requests for all our guests. However, we cannot guarantee any last-minute adjustments or additions to reservations.
* Front-row seating will be prioritized to our partners and sponsors..
* Refunds will not be issued within 48 hours of the event unless the event is canceled by World Equestrian Center – Ocala due to inclement weather.
