Journey with us by way of food and wine as we explore the world’s most effervescent region! Passport to Champagne, the fourth and final event in our 2023 Wine Series presented by Wheels Up, will return us to France as we explore the prestige and tradition of sparkling wine. 

Made from a second fermentation in the bottle, sparkling wine has been a popular pour around the globe since the 17th century. Distinct for its winemaking legacy and long-standing traditions, Champagne is one of few destinations in the world with the Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) status. As such, the categorical term “Champagne” has endured as a marker of quality and symbol of luxury. 

On this elegant evening, you’ll enjoy small plates of authentically French cuisine and premium offerings from celebrated Champagne houses, as well as iconic sparkling wines from around the world, including Prosecco, Cava, Cremant and Franciacorta, among many others. Live music will set the evening’s ambiance as the night unfolds on the terrace under the glow of holiday lights.
