2022 CAMPOUT BUSES

Not sure how you'll get to Campout yet? Every year we charter round-trip buses from both Pittsburgh and NYC to the festival for our Queer Fam Fund, and there are limited extra seats available for sale. While the prices have spiraled this year due to inflation and gas prices, it's still a great way to take the hassle out of your travel planning. All buses leave Wednesday morning for Campout, and return Monday morning. Sorry, we only sell round-trip tickets. One-ways are not available.

OUTBOUND  Wed, August 17, 2022

From PGH (Approx Travel Time 3hrs)
Schedule A - Depart 9:00AM
Schedule B - Depart 2:00PM

This location is right in front of the Reed Smith building in downtown Pittsburgh. The charter bus will have a bathroom, air conditioning, and comfortable, reclining seats. You will switch over to smaller shuttles at the Exxon station (2937 Orleans Rd NE, Little Orleans, MD 21766), just a few minutes outside of camp, which will take you to the front gate to check-in.

From NYC (Approx Travel Time 6hrs)
Schedule A - Depart 9:00AM
Schedule B - Depart 11:00AM

Nowadays - 56-06 Cooper Avenue, Queens, NY 11385
The club will not be open, however, the parking lot in between the venue and the outdoor space will be accessible for you to hang out in while you wait to check-in and board the bus. The bus will have a bathroom, air conditioning, and comfortable, reclining seats. You will switch over to smaller shuttles at the Exxon station (2937 Orleans Rd NE, Little Orleans, MD 21766), just a few minutes outside of camp, which will take you to the front gate to check-in.

RETURN  Mon, August 22, 2022

On Monday morning, shuttles will transport you back to the Exxon station where the charter buses will be waiting to take you back home. The shuttles will leave on the following schedule:

To PGH (Approx Travel Time 3hrs) The buses will leave on a staggered schedule. One will leave at 10:30AM and the other at 11:00AM

To NYC (Approx Travel Time 6hrs) The buses will leave at noon

LUGGAGE AND GEAR
Each passenger is permitted to have a carry-on bag and up to 5 pieces of other gear (i.e. tents, air mattresses, coolers, etc.) that will be stowed during travel. Please do not bring any items larger than eight feet.

PROOF OF VACCINATION & BOOSTER
Proof of vaccination & 1 booster is required. EVERY person on site will need to provide proof they have been fully vaccinated and boosted (no exceptions). Don't bring your physical vaccine card, a photo of that will suffice. All WHO-approved vaccines are accepted.

MASK POLICY
We also require all passengers to wear a mask while riding the bus. Masks will be available from the bus ambassador who will check you in.
