Celebrate the taste of freedom as Chef Thomas Keller's Bouchon Bakery salutes Bastille Day with a tasting menu of French-Boulangerie fare classics paired with the lively sounds of Kathleen Landis and quartet. The festivals will be complete with house made French classics featured at stations throughout the café, including savory Mergeuz with Baguette, Moules au Safran, and fresh oysters on the half shell, complemented by wine and champagne. Taste the sweeter side of France with Chocolate Crêpes, Fraisier and macarons. Très bon, indeed.

Circle of Taste welcomes you at Bouchon Bakery for this unique event on Wednesday, July 14, 2010. Admission is $65 per person, all inclusive.
