What will you sell/exhibit? *

Exhibitor set-up begins 7pm Thursday, exhibitors must check-in by 1pm on Friday or table/booth is forfeited & non-refundable. Set up must be completed before doors open to the public. All exhibitor tables/spaces must be attended at all times. Exhibitor spaces MUST remain operational/intact during show hours and may not be broken down early. *

Exhibitor space sizes are as follows: 6x6 (inline, endcap or wall – cost varies) 10x10 booths (Booth spaces are NOT guaranteed to be against a wall.) Each exhibitor space comes with one table (approximately 6x3) and two chairs. Pipe and drape are not provided. Set up should be self sufficient (grid, etc), and not spill over to your neighbor’s space. Any special set up requirements (large displays, etc.) require prior approval. Banners cannot hang on the wall. *

Each purchased exhibitor space comes with 2 exhibitor badges. Any additional badges must be purchased. *

Exhibitor agrees to hold blameless Mad Monster, its staff/affiliates as well as the venue, its staff/affiliates against any loss/damage/theft/expenses/claims or actions arising from or during the Mad Monster event. *

Exhibitor acknowledges that Mad Monster and its host venue will not provide insurance to cover exhibitor’s person(s) or their property and that it is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor to obtain insurance covering such loss. Mad Monster in no way endorses any attending exhibitor’s merchandise, displays, views, beliefs, or actions. All exhibitors are deemed their own entity and do not represent the beliefs/views of Mad Monster or its affiliates. *

Transactions including merchandise bought/sold at the Mad Monster event are done so strictly between the buyer/seller, Mad Monster is not responsible for the transactions between said parties. *

Each exhibitor is responsible for all Federal, State, and Local taxes as required by law. *

Mad Monster does not allow the following items: Skulls, hides or taxidermy of real animals. No actual weaponry (swords, knives, firearms). No food exhibitors allowed. No illegal/stolen/copyright-infringed merchandise permitted. Pornography can be subjective and, if it is discretely displayed/not accessible or identifiable to children, it will likely be fine. Mad Monster may ask that you curb/cover extreme displays. Final determination of what is deemed inappropriate will be made by Mad Monster *

Animals are not allowed, except for "legal service" dogs. No "emotional support" animals are allowed. (As defined by The Americans with Disabilities Act) *

The promotion of other events (including but not limited to conventions, concerts, screenings, festivals, etc.) is not permitted unless it is with the written approval of Mad Monster. *

Tables/booths are non-refundable unless the show is canceled. Tables/booths are also non-transferable. Late check in (past 1pm Friday) forfeits table/booth. Exact location of vendor spaces are not guaranteed. *

Respect each other and yourself, we want you (and everyone else) to have fun. Any threatening/lewd/inappropriate behavior, drug use, or excessive drunkenness can result in removal from the show. No actual firearms permitted. Violations of the aforementioned rules may result in being dismissed and/or removed from the Mad Monster event without a refund. *

If needed, electricity will be provided at the venue for an additional charge. It is advised that you bring any extension cords or accessories you require just in case. Will you be needing electric? *

Refund Policy

Tables/Booths are non-refundable unless the show is cancelled. Tables/booths are also non-transferable. Mad Monster hereby asserts its prerogative to withhold the allocation of exhibitor space at the convention and retains the unrestricted authority to unilaterally terminate said allocated space, regardless of prior payment for any rationale.

Mad Monster at its sole discretion, retains the right to expel individuals who, in its judgement, don disrepectful attire or engage in misconduct and/or disrepect towards attendees, staff, vendors, guests, or affiliates wihtout the obligation to provide a refund.
