Entrants will be notified via email that the Festival has received the application within two weeks of submittal. Information packets will be emailed to  each accepted applicant approximately 3 weeks prior to October 13, 2023 with additional maps, schedules, etc. Entry to the CAR CLUB GATHERING(S) is  subject to full compliance and rules of this entry. By signing this form, the applicant agrees to comply with these rules. Please read this important  information before completing this form.
