After being flooded with hundreds of calls from anxious concertgoers, the promoters bringing world-famous Elvis impersonator Ryan Pelton to Pickelner Arena found themselves all shook up when they realized they didn't have an online ticketing solution in place to meet the early demand. And due to pressure from those stuck on Pelton, the promoters needed to have online ticket sales up and running as soon as possible!

To help their former classmates relive their glory days, the organizers needed an online ticketing solution that would let their friends pay by credit card.

As a social media conference that attracts hundreds of bloggers, podcasters, and web developers from around the country, PodCamp Pittsburgh practically demanded a ticketing solution as cutting-edge as the attendees themselves.

In addition to offering the free "rock star" registration level, the web-heads behind the fast-growing community UnConference also wanted to offer a $25 VIP level. They also needed a way to speedup the check-in process at the door.

Thankfully, ShowClix understands the need to keep abreast of modern technology. We created a custom event that included both of the requested ticketing levels, designed a ticketing page that matched the look and feel of their website, and automatically generated a guest list that sorted the rock stars from the VIPs, making sure nobody left without their swag bag.

To accommodate the thousands of car aficionados who travel hundreds of miles to attend Motorsport Nationals, the folks behind the event needed a ticketing service that was reliable and customizable. They needed handheld ticket scanners to get people through the door fast. They needed to sell special weekend ticket packages. And most importantly, they needed to pre-register car show participants online.

When the Anaheim Mariachi Committee contacted ShowClix, they laid out a series of must-have requirements, including assigned seating throughout the venue, tiered pricing levels for five different sections, handheld ticket scanners to speed up the check-in process, pre-printed tickets and credit cards sales at the door. In addition, they wanted to give their patrons the choice of buying tickets online, over the telephone or at the event.
