You must sign up for shifts within 3 days of purchase or your ticket will be refunded.

Volunteer RV Ticket includes weekend RV camping beginning August 14. Ticket will not be reimbursed. 1 Volunteer RV Ticket needed per Volunteer RV. All other volunteers camping in this site only need a Volunteer Ticket. Volunteer ticket requires 8 hours of commitment during the event. Please arrive after 3pm. Volunteer orientation is 7:30pm on 8/14. You must make arrangements with your coordinator if you will arrive later than 10am, Friday 8/15. Volunteer tickets will not scan after 10am and you will be charged the weekend gate ticket price if you have not contacted your coordinator.
