The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie

Miss Brodie, a most unorthodox teacher at the traditional Marcia Blaine School for Girls in Edinburgh, Scotland, is determined to instill in her students a passion for independence, ambition, truth, and beauty.  Her "girls" are devoted to her.  When rumors of affairs with both Mr. Lloyd and Mr. Lowther, the art and music teachers, reach the staunch headmistress Miss Mackay, Miss Brodie must battle fiercely for not only her teaching position but also her honor.
