This droll Danish comedy was a hit at the Film Forum and at Sundance. It's the story of Dennis, a painfully shy 38-year-old bodybuilder, would like to find true love. He's never had a girlfriend and lives with his mother in a suburb of Copenhagen. When his uncle marries a woman from Thailand, Dennis decides to try his own luck and plans a trip to Pattaya. The only problem is his mother would never accept another woman in his life. The Thai girls shatter his naive expectations, and suffering from culture shock, he's about to give up – when unexpectedly he meets a nice woman. If only he can tell his mother. (2012; 92 min)
