Mustered Courage combines the three key ingredients of delicious four-part harmonies, virtuosic pickin' and brilliant song-writing. This combination creates their unique take on bluegrass—a sound that has been captivating festival audiences Australia wide.

In 2012, Mustered Courage played at every major folk festival in Australia. Through these experiences, these young song-writing pickers slowly earned a reputation for being one of the hottest, exciting and innovative bluegrass bands in the country. Mustered Courage captivated audiences in December 2012 at the Woodford Folk Festival.This year, the band has now has been added to many more festivals, such as the Port Fairy Folk Fest and The National Folk Festival.

The band's new album will be released in April 2013. It was produced by Aria Award winning producer Jimi Maroudas (The Living End, Eskimo Joe, Kimbra, Pete Murray). The record has already excited industry through the anticipation of its looming release. Mustered Courage recently won the Country Category at the 2012 Music Oz Awards. Now in 2013, the band are getting set for the biggest and best year of bluegrass that Australia has ever seen.
