RESIST with DJ Abel Aguilera

It was 5 years ago that we first introduced you to URGE, which has grown to be Miami's most recognizable party brand with sold out events at some of Miami's biggest nightclubs. We've brought you some of the worlds' most popular circuit deejays as well as being included in international festivals in Mexico and Europe.

 

Now we are proud to introduce you to two new names: U2 = Urge Underground, a stripped down version of URGE that focuses purely on the music and RESIST, Abel Aguilera's brand new party that is unlike anything you may have come to expect from him. Dark, bold and expressive beats. A hint of techno, tech house and underground house. Not a top 40 tune in sight. Inspired by icons like Carl Cox, Nicole Moudaber, Danny Tenaglia and Victor Calderone. Most of what you hear will probably be new to you.

 

After premiering this party at Cielo in New York last month, on Thursday July 2, RESIST comes to Miami. (Friday, July 3rd is an observed holiday) A party that creates togetherness, friends and chosen families, gay, straight, every color, race and religion. Everyone is welcome as long as they share the mutual love of music in it's purest form. While you may know the venue as Score, when it goes Undergound (twice weekly for its Link Rebels events) it becomes Trade.
