Impact 2014- The VCU Fashion Show

The theme “impact” instigates change. The word, bold and strong within itself, will inspire designers to create unique pieces that revolutionize fashion today, initiating thought among the audience to spark positive change throughout society. Radical ideas spread like wild fire, touching people in individual ways. In a world full of smart phones and social media, humans are connected in a giant web of information that is forming, evolving, and generating new ideas with each passing second. 

The upcoming generation of designers, merchandisers, artists, musicians; youth culture, has the power to impact one another, and in turn the world. 

The VCU Fashion Show, “impact,” will be held on Sunday, May 4th, 2014, 8:00 PM, at the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts. Tickets include the cost of a reception to follow. Alcohol is not included.
