Jazz Workshop features Etta Cox and Al Dowe

The Jazz Workshop, Inc. is celebrating 42 years of teaching music and performing. In honor of the late and great Harold Young, the workshop is sponsoring a trilogy, the Spring Spectacular Concert series.  This series is to benefit children receiving music lessons. Tickets are $10 per event.

On March 14th from 5-7 p.m., the first event features the award winning Etta Cox and Al Dowe. Musicians are welcome to bring their instruments and jam, at this event only.

On April 11th, the "High Priestess" of piano, Donna Davis and the Women's Jazz Orchestra (WJO) will perform.

On May 16th, the Jazz Workshop ensemble and the fabulous New Show Band will perform.

All events are from 5-7 p.m. at the Carnegie Library in Homewood, held in the beautiful auditorium.
