Event Description
Tender is hosting a special dinner centered on small-batch Kentucky bourbons.
The evening will begin at 6:30pm with a cocktail reception with Brown-Forman ambassador Richard "Tal" Ambrose in our Green room.
A four-course dinner follows at 7pm, paired with Old Forester and Woodford Reserve Kentucky bourbons:
1st: Kurobuta pork tatare
2nd: Pan seared Alaskan salmon, pork belly confit, heirloom tomato
3rd: Grilled Berkshire pork chop, grits, roasted baby carrots
4th: Sweet potato-pecan pie
Price of $60 per person includes welcome cocktail, four-course dinner, and three bourbon pairings. Gratuity & tax extra.
