Superior Motors R & D Pop Up, Vegetarian

This will be the first vegetarian dinner in a series to be held at my home. The restaurant is coming together nicely but we still have a ways to go and I need to cook. I will be preparing food in the spirit of the kinds of items that will be served at Superior Motors. This dinner will consist of five courses (some of which will contain dairy and/or egg, there is a vegan dinner on the horizon) and will be BYOB. We will have ten seats available per night, four at the kitchen counter and one table that seats six. The format will be that of a relaxed, social event which happens to be a five course tasting dinner. Feedback and interaction after the final course will be encouraged.
