George's Music Springing The Blues is an outdoor blues music festival designed to celebrate America's indigenous musical form and promote support of the arts. The three-day oceanfront event features a number of renowned blues performers as well as numerous displays and activities geared for the entire family. Wristband Rules: This is a rain or shine event, no refunds, no replacements, not responsible for lost or stolen wristbands, altered or broken wristbands not valid, must be worn around wrist only, all sales final. Tickets must be redeemed for a wristband at will call with photo ID. No transfers, no proxies (no one can pick up your wristband for you). General seating only, no reserved seats, no saving seats, no strollers, no umbrellas, no coolers, no chairs, no video cameras, no children under 5. Purchase of ticket constitutes agreement with these rules.
