PyroFest 2014

PyroFest is an affordable community event to promote & celebrate the international art of Pyrotechnics through innovative & unique presentations. Techniques and products from around the globe will influence the design of these never seen before pyrotechnic displays. Throughout this one of a kind event, the audience will witness memorable and spectacular presentations of both daytime and nighttime fireworks, creating a sensory and visual experience that is certain to thrill young and old alike.

PyroFest displays will include:

Direct from Spain world-renowned award winning Ricardo Caballer Ricasa Fireworks Production

World Premiere of "Whole Lotta Love" a Never Before Seen Pyrotecnico Production!

"Fantasy in the Sky" Fireworks Challenge (Choreography designed by an aspiring fireworks choreographer and chosen by PyroFest judges to kick off the night-time displays)

US Military Salute & National Anthem Daytime Display

Daytime & Colored Smoke Fireworks In addition to this best of class pyro-packed lineup, Pyrofest will also include live music, food, and the PNC Kids Zone presented by PA Leadership Charter School, in this can't miss, cutting-edge community event.

2014 EVENT PARKING

Please be aware there is NO OVERNIGHT PARKING and NO TAILGATING allowed at Hartwood Acres, Allegheny County, or Hampton Township parking lots. This will be strictly enforced by local police authorities.Anyone in the parking areas must buy an event ticket and enter the event gate, otherwise they will be asked to leave the park.

All vehicles will be directed to onsite parking at Hartwood Acres until the lot is full. Once the onsite parking is full, all other vehicles will be directed to the free shuttle service from Hampton High School. PyroFest will provide a continuous loop of free direct shuttle service to Hartwood Acres. Hop on the bus, and enjoy the ride! Buses run approximately every 15 minutes from 3:00 pm until one hour after the festival ends. The free shuttle is open to the public.

Handicapped Parking: Handicapped parking is located onsite through the Hartwood and Middle Road South entrance. Only vehicles having handicapped license plates or regulation handicapped placards will be permitted to park in these spaces. All others will be ticketed.
