Event Description
Proper Brick Oven Dinner w/ Lavery Brewing

Join us on Monday, April 20 at 6:30PM for an exclusive beer dinner collaboration between Proper Brick Oven & Tap Room and Erie's Lavery Brewing Company. Proper’s Executive Chef Justin Schlotter will join with Patrick Miller from Lavery to create a perfectly paired, multi-course drinking and dining experience. The intimate setting will allow guests to interact personally with Mr. Miller and the Proper culinary team, who will take turns describing the pairings, telling their stories, and musing on the emergence of western Pennsylvania as a rising star in the American dining and craft beer scene. Seating is extremely limited and these events always sell out quickly, so reserve your seat today!
