Join us for our annual celebration of the first day of Spring. Please invite all of your friends as well. Bring your friends to Stafford Centre, and let's celebrate one of the oldest continuous festivals in human history together. Tickets are $20 in advance and $25 at the door so please purchase your tickets ahead of time. This year's Nowruz festival will be the most fun filled festival with 7 hours of non stop programs on stage. Please contact the ICF office for more details at info@icfhouston.org.
