Travel around the equator at our 15th Annual Night in the Tropics! Indulge in the sights, sounds, and flavors of the tropics. Celebrate the diversity of our remarkable birds and enjoy global entertainment!

Don't miss any of the excitement at Pittsburgh's hottest summer party!

Hula dancers will transport guests to a distant paradise, and exotic fire performers keep things hot in to the night, all compliments of Tuika's Polynesian Island Magic.

Dance under the stars to Latin beats with DJ 007 and enjoy live music by The Lava Game.

Explore the National Aviary's lush exhibits after dark and get exclusive up-close interactions with exotic birds.

Indulge with beer, wine and specialty drinks, plus tasty bites from more than 30 of Pittsburgh's favorite restaurants and bakeries.

Watch a painting demonstration by Maria DeSimone Prascak, then bid to win her one-of-a-kind masterpiece (100% of proceeds support the National Aviary).

All proceeds from Night in the Tropics support the National Aviary's education, avian medicine, and conservation programs both locally and internationally.

Ticket Options:

VIP Tickets - $150
Start the party early and gain admission at 6PM - a full hour before the general public. Ticket price includes free valet parking and VIP tent access featuring exclusive entertainment, food selections, and an additional open bar.

General Admission Tickets - $85
Doors open at 7 p.m. Includes beer, wine, signature cocktails, and food.

General Admission Group Rate - $70
Buy 6+ General Admission tickets and receive a reduced rate of $70/ticket!

Table Reservations (SOLD OUT)
Please note that seating is at a premium during this event as our full facility is packed with delicious food and dynamic entertainment. Upgrade your experience by reserving a table to guarantee a spot to rest those feet as you take a break from the dance floor. A very limited number of reserved tables are available.
Reserve a table for 6: $150 // Reserve a table for 10: $250

All guests must be 21 and over, and able to present a valid ID. NO Exceptions.

Tickets are non-refundable.

Parking:

All guests can enjoy FREE parking at Rivers Casino with free shuttle service to and from the party throughout the night. Join the after party at Rivers Casino and enjoy $10 Free Slot Play! Gambling problem? Call 1-800-GAMBLER.
