This zany Tony Award-winning musical takes place in the freewheeling 1920s. It features Millie Dillmount, a girl with big dreams from small-town Kansas, who moves to New York City to marry for money and love, in that order. In a city full of mystery, jazz, and the Charleston, the transformed flapper gets mugged, is targeted by a Chinese white-slaver, but is happily—and unexpectedly—saved by love. ETHS senior Lucy Godinez stars as the madcap Millie. Tim Herbert directs the production of 60 talented students.
