Mezcal Class 2/7

For our Mezcal class, our instructors will quickly refresh you on Tequila basics before diving agave-deep into the wondrous spirit that is Mezcal. In this one-hour class, we'll teach about the different expressions, regions where it's grown, types of agave plants used, and how the production process differs from Tequila.

You'll taste three different mezcals: joven, reposado, and añejo. You'll also get a crash course on bartending, and then use those skills to mix your very own mezcal cocktail. (You'll get to drink it to, but we figure you already know how to do that part.) Plus our house-cut chips and delicious salsa will be provided for all.
