Low ABV Cocktails with Will Groves

As part of Pittsburgh Cocktail Week, come to seminar led by Butterjoint bar manager Will Groves all about cocktails that pack in all the fun and deliciousness of others, without a huge wallop of alcohol.

Cocktails are really tasty. I get it. Sometimes they're so delicious you want to have (or serve) more than one or two. The cocktails we talk about in this class are specifically designed so that you can do just that, without sacrificing taste, or the fact that you're cocktails are hand-crafted. It's just a bonus that low alcohol cocktails tend to be a little friendlier to food (and your wallet).

We'll mostly discuss cocktails based on sherry, vermouth, beer and wine, accented with fruit, syrups, or other spirits.
