Hot Cocktail Party

It may be cold outside, but things will be heating up on Verde's patio the afternoon of Sunday, December 1st.

Grab your winter coat and your favorite mug, and join us for the first ever "Hot Cocktail Party," co-sponsored by Pittsburgh Cocktail Week. Just $15 admission ($20 at the door) let's you experience firsthand the art and science of using traditional loggerheads to warm up cocktails that will in turn warm up your belly: hot toddys, warm cider, flips, warm punches, Mexican coffee, and more.

Throughout the afternoon, experts Will Groves of Butterjoint, Rob McCaughey of Dreadnought Wines, and a full lineup of cocktail experts and enthusiasts will be employing fire, traditional loggerheads, and more to create and share recipes of hot cocktails that you can make at home.

To top it off, Verde is relaunching it's Sunday evening dinner service this night, so stick around for the city's best modern Mexican cuisine!
