Flights & Bites at The Eatery

Our final event of the pre-Festival season, takes on a different flavor as we pair the latest releases of LaZarre Wines and ONX Wines with Chef Claud Beltran's amazing food at his new space called The Eatery. After being mentored by Master Chef Thomas Keller, Chef Beltran set out to make his own name. For over a quarter century he has established himself as one of Los Angeles preeminent chefs. This intimate, 6-course, sit-down dinner, will showcase just how great and food-friendly Paso Robles wines can be. Meet the winemakers, learn about the region and taste what it has to offer. Wines will be available for purchase at the end of the evening at a 10% discount. Seating is limited. $85 per person. Price includes tax & tip. Tickets must be purchased in advance.
