AIAT Residential Architecture Tour

Welcome to the Third Annual American Institute of Architects (AIA) Triangle Tour of Residential Architecture, featuring award-winning, architect-designed homes throughout the Triangle. The six residences on this year's tour were announced on April 19 at the Triangle Section of the AIA Design Awards in Raleigh.

Each residence received an AIA Triangle honor award for design excellence. The winners were selected by an independent architecture jury, chaired by Roberto De Leon of Louisville-based DeLeon and Primmer Architecture Workshop.

This is a self-guided tour. Purchase your tickets, begin at the residence of your choice, and tour at your leisure. The architects and docents will be available to answer your questions. We look forward to welcoming you to a beautiful day of good design!

AS A BONUS- ALL Ticket holders will also be able to tour the NC State Chancellor's Residence on Saturday, October 13, from 10pm-5pm. Your tour ticket is all you need. Marvin Malecha, FAIA, Dean for the College of Design will be onsite to answer questions.

If you are unable to attend the tour on October 6 and would still like to tour the Chancellor's home, you may purchase this ticket separately.
