Threads Dance Project
Acclaimed choreographer Karen L. Charles' new show follows the company's sold out premiere last spring at The Lab, based on themes of identity and human meaning.
The contemporary ballet company will use music ranging from Samuel Barber to Robert Randolph and the Family Band to engage the audience in a conversation about how we see ourselves and others; and how we often struggle with being/finding who we are.
The audience is also invited to expand their participation in the show by participating in the company's Audiences Talking About Dance (ATAD) online survey. ATAD gives the audience the opportunity to share their impressions of the show.
