The winning ticket will be based on the Pennsylvania Lottery Daily Big Four Number
(evening drawing) on December 5, 2009.

In the event the Big Four number on that date does not correspond to a purchased ticket, the winner will be determined by the next PA Lottery Big Four number (even drawing) until a purchased ticket matches the Big Four number drawn.
