Cops in Couture

On Wednesday, October 8, 2014, The Mall at Robinson in partnership with Dickerson Creative Communications will host the 2^nd Annual Cops in Couture Fashion Show to benefit the Law Enforcement Officers Memorial of Allegheny County and the Police Officer Support Team. This unique show is designed to honor and remember the heroes who have made the ultimate sacrifice for their community. 

Cops in Couture will highlight police officers and K9 officers from over 80 police departments located in the Pittsburgh area who have volunteered to “walk the runway” in the latest fashion trends. One of the models in the show will be Officer James Kuzak Jr. from the Clairton Police Department who was critically injured in the line of duty in 2011.

The portion of the proceed from Cops in Couture that will be donated to the Law Enforcement Officers Memorial will help fund the new K-9 memorial that is going to be incorporated into the Law Enforcement Officers Memorial on the North Shore of Pittsburgh. The statue will be the image of K9 Officer Rocco, who was killed in the line of duty earlier this year and will honor ALL K-9 officers fatally wounded on duty.
