An Intimate Solo Acoustic Performance by Citizen Cope

Citizen Cope will make his debut on Cape Cod with his heralded mix of blues, soul, folk, and rock for what promises to be a very special performance. The Cape Cinema is widely known for its opera-quality acoustics, intimate performance space and recent history of presenting indie acts including Bon Iver, Glen Hansard, The Dirty Projectors, St. Vincent, and most recently Brooklyn's Small Black.

One dollar of every Citizen Cope ticket purchased will go to purchasing musical instruments for middle schoolers in Lame Deer, Montana—a community on the Northern Cheyenne Indian Reservation. Lame Deer is part of Turnaround Arts, a program of President Obama’s President’s Committee on the Arts and the Humanities that is using arts education to help students succeed.
