Septemberfest: The Radler

Chef Nathan Sears cut his culinary teeth at Vie Restaurant in Western Springs IL. He’s on his own now with a new venture in Logan Square (Chicago) called the Radler.  The Radler features German-inspired cuisine with a new-American flare.  This meal will be a preview of Oktoberfest—an array of dishes prepared via smoking, curing, fermenting, and pickling.  Of course, we encourage guests to bring their favorite beers to accompany the meal.  We'll probably have a few brews on tap as well.
