Class: Holiday Cocktails

The holidays are here! Now what to drink? And what to serve at those parties? For this class we'll start by learning about and tasting some classic holiday drinks like the Tom & Jerry, Hut Buttered Rum, Sangaree, and others. Then we'll move onto drinks to be shared. You'll learn how to create a delicious hot or cold holiday punch for your parties, and some shortcuts that will allow you to serve great drinks to your guests while still having time to socialize. There will be fun, there will be a bit of fire, and you'll leave with some great ideas for holiday drinking.
