US Girls (US)
U.S. Girls is the creative force of a lone American woman, Meghan Remy. For the past four years she has pursued her minimalist aesthetic with a militant by-any-means-necessary attitude, merging experimental compositions tracked on borrowed four track recorders with her distinctive photocopy-art visual aesthetic to deliver starkly defined statement LPs like ‘Introducing…’ & ‘Go Grey’ on Siltbreeze Records.

Shockwave Riderz (Pgh)
The Pittsburgh-native electronic-infused surf rockers, known as Shockwave Riderz, are Phil Boyd (drums/vocals), Sara Mac (Vocals/Roland SP-404), and Paul Quattrone (MPC 1000/Effects pedals). The trio represent the meeting point between basement punk and beach-side rock with a dash of electronics for good measure. The group’s debut release, a three-track 12”, is a mature introduction to a group that surely has a bright future in this city and beyond.
