Pulling in familiar elements and irreverently scrambling and recombining them, Lake Street Dive are at once jazz-schooled, DIY-motivated, and classically pop obsessed. Beginning with catchy songs that are by turns openhearted and wryly inquisitive, this northeastern quartet proceeds to inject them with an irresistible blend of abandon and precision. They've toured with the Yonder Mountain String Band, have appeared on A Prairie Home Companion and at festivals all over the country, and are gaining fans everywhere they go - in fact, they recently got a Twitter endorsement from Katie Couric! As one critic put it, " Lake Street Dive is armed with conservatory chops and soulful pop music, and they’re ready to take on the world."

Based in Pittsburgh, Neighbours do a little of everything -- from Motown-style soul to Who-inspired rock and minimalist punk.. Rather than follow trends, the band chooses to stay true to a timeless formula: catchy songs, performed with passion. In June the band opened for Jesse Dee and Anders Osborne at WYEP's Summer Music Festival.

Johnstown favorites Southside Strays have played the AmeriServ Flood City Music Festival and all over the region. Mixing the right ingredients of the Grateful Dead, the Beatles, and the Byrds with the blues, country and a touch of gray, the Strays provide a nice simmering recipe for a good time, different songs and musicians that like to experiment along the way.
