Rollin': Sushi Class @FukudaPGH

Chef Kemp will be holding our second class on April 30th from 6-9pm.

We've carefully constructed a curriculum that discusses the history of Japanese Sushi, culture, and cuisine.

Further, you'l get to actually create your own sushi rolls, utilizing authentic tools of the trade - including Hangiri, Makitsu and Edobitsu - to create your very own maki, nigiri and sashimi with sushi-grade fish that you can then enjoy.

There will be several surprises throughout the event, with one big one at the end of the session.

We invite our friends to join us for this seminal event!

Space is strictly limited to 10 students, $50/person to cover the cost of the fish/ingredients only.

Couples, singles and sushi-lovers are all welcome!
