CONGRATULATIONS The winning Big 4 Number was 6173 and Jeff Eiben, a small business owner from Washington County is the winner of the 2013 Golden Ticket Raffle to benefit Junior Achievement! Jeff was truly in shock when we called him. The winner was announced at Junior Achievement's Young Professionals Board Guest Bartender event featuring Penguins announcers Paul Steigerwald and Phil Bourque. Special thanks to Todd Whiteman for arranging the event at the Rivers Club and to David Peart from the Penguins for recruiting our guest bartenders. We can’t thank you enough for your help, and we look forward to bringing the “GTR” back next year as well.
