Mozart's recipe for enlightenment: take a vengeful queen, a benevolent monarch, a lustful Moor, a cowardly bird catcher, and a pair of lovers; mix in magic, allegory, and profundity; whip into an opera. To see the result, join VCU Opera as we present Mozart's Die Zauberflöte (The Magic Flute).
Tickets are $10 in advance and $15 on the day of the performance; free for VCU students with ID.
