'Speaking of...' the Grand Finale!

'Speaking of...'™, is ending a wild run that started in Amani Coffeeshop two years ago with an artistic extravaganza this September 21st, at 8 PM. The event features Lee Gutkind, founder of Creative Non-Fiction magazine, alongside a new short film from local film powerhouse Samm Hodges; the poetry of Robert Gibbs and ˜Speaking of...'co-founder Alaina Dopico, soprano Anqwenique Wingfield performing renditions of Nina Simone, and dream-pop band Sleep Experiments collaborating with Texture Contemporary Ballet.

The event promises to be the ultimate expression of what ˜Speaking of...' has set out to be: a place in which art moves people of all ages deeply.
